I am happy to offer free shipping on all orders $100 or more with one exception:
- The customer will need to pay the shipping costs for an order with items that need a box larger than: 12x10x10.
- Your order will show free shipping when you check out. However, you will be contacted via email to pay the shipping fee once the best shipping option for your order has been determined.
- If you decide the shipping cost is too much I can refund your order.
- I do my best to put “customer agrees to pay shipping” in the item description for products that will require a larger box and fall into this category.
I know you have lost of options to shop online and that free shipping can be a big factor in choosing where to order. I hope you understand shipping larger items can sometimes costs more than the order itself, which is why I need to put such stipulations in place.
