homemade pumpkin cold brew

Recipe: Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

I love iced coffee, year round! And now that it’s fall, I love sipping a Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. But coffee from any coffee shop can cost a pretty penny if you want to have one often, like me. So I decided to make mine from home and it’s good!

Now, we all know that making any drink at home never tastes as good. I could literally use the same ingredients and recipe and it will just not taste the same! Why?! But it’s still pretty stinking good and won’t put me into debt. It is so easy to make your own pumpkin cream cold brew.

You can find frothing sticks in the kitchenware section of most stores or online like on amazon here

Make your own vanilla syrup:
You can buy Vanilla Syrup or make your own. Just combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar in a sauce pan and simmer until it reduces. Pour into an airtight container and add some vanilla extract (1 teaspoon) and let it cool before storing in the fridge.
